Research on Cost Risk Management and Control in the Whole Process of Railway Tunnel Project:Taking Dapo Tunnel Project of Qianzhangchang Railway as an Example

基于全过程管理视角,探讨铁路隧道项目决策、设计、施工和竣工阶段的造价风险。以黔张常铁路大坡隧道项目为例,阐述铁路隧道项目在各阶段的造价风险管控措施,以期为类似项目造价控制提供参考。

Based on the perspective of whole process management,this paper discusses the cost risk in the decision making phase,design phase,construction phase and completion phase of railway tunnel projects.Taking the Qianzhangchang Railway Dapo tunnel project as an example,explains the cost risk control measures of railway tunnel project at various stages,in order to provide reference for the cost control of similar project.
