基于超载车辆作用的吉林台大桥使用性能评价及改造方案

摘要 以新疆省道S315线蜂场至尼勒克段公路吉林台60m钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥为例,结合2016年和2019年两次现场荷载检测情况,利用Midas Civil建立有限元验算模型,按照既有老桥在服役期内所涉及的75、85、04三套公路桥梁规范分别对老桥在汽车-20级、挂车-100和公路-Ⅰ级荷载作用下结构的承载能力进行验算分析,并对超载、超限车辆荷载作用下大桥承重结构实际受力特性和使用状况进行评估,提出加固及整治改造方案。 Taking the 60m reinforced concrete box arch bridge of Jilintai at the section of Fengchang-Nileke of Xinjiang provincial highway S315 as an example,combined with the two site load tests in 2016 and 2019,the finite element checking calculation model is established by Midas Civil,so as to carry out the checking calculation and analysis on the bearing capacity of the structure under the load of automobile-level 20,trailer-level 100 and highway-level I respectively according to the three sets of highway bridge specifications like 75,85 and 04 involved in the service period of the existing old bridge,and evaluate the actual stress characteristics and service conditions of the bearing structure of the bridge under the overload and overrun vehicle load,and put forward the reconstruction schemes for reinforcement and remediation.
