玄武岩纤维对水稳建筑垃圾柔化抗裂性能的改善作用 被引量:1

摘要 针对不同的玄武岩纤维掺量,以压折比、抗弯拉韧性为评价指标,研究玄武岩纤维对水稳建筑垃圾柔化抗裂性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺加玄武岩纤维后,水稳建筑垃圾的柔化抗裂性能得到了大幅度增强,纤维掺量为0.06%时,水稳建筑垃圾的压折比比不掺加纤维的水稳建筑垃圾减小了19.7%、等效弯拉强度增大了47.2%。随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增大,水稳建筑垃圾的抗裂性能的改善增幅逐渐减小,纤维掺量为0.06%时,玄武岩纤维对水稳建筑垃圾的综合路用性能改善作用最佳。 According to the different content of basalt fiber,the influence of basalt fiber on the softening and cracking resistance of water stable construction waste was studied with the compression ratio and flexural tensile toughness as evaluation indexes.The test results show that the flexibility and crack resistance of water stable construction waste are greatly enhanced after adding basalt fiber.When the fiber content is 0.06%,the compression ratio of water stable construction waste is reduced by 19.7%,and the equivalent bending strength is increased by 47.2%.With the increase of basalt fiber content,the improvement of anti cracking performance of water stable construction waste gradually decreases.When the fiber content is 0.06%,the basalt fiber has the best effect on the comprehensive road performance of water stable construction waste.
