噻托溴铵、N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合呼吸训练治疗稳定期慢阻肺的效果分析

Effect analysis of tiotropium bromide and N-acetylcysteine combined breathing training in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析用噻托溴铵、N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合呼吸训练对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2019年5月至2020年5月期间玉溪市第三人民医院收治的64例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象。将这64例患者按照奇偶数分组法分为对照组(n=32)和试验组(n=32)。对两组患者均使用噻托溴铵及N-乙酰半胱氨酸进行治疗,在此基础上,指导试验组患者进行呼吸训练。然后,对比两组患者各项肺功能指标〔一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)〕、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及出现不良反应的情况。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者FEV1及FVC均更大,其FEV1/FVC更高,其6MWD更长,P<0.05。接受治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比较,P>0.05。结论:用噻托溴铵、N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合呼吸训练对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其肺功能,提高其运动耐力,且用药的安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of tiotropium bromide and N-acetylcysteine combined breathing training on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.METHODS:A total of 64 patients with stable COPD admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Yuxi City from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The 64 patients were divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=32)according to odd-even number.Both groups were treated with tiotropium bromide and N-acetylcysteine,and on this basis,the experimental group was instructed to carry out breathing training.Then,pulmonary function indexes(FEV1 in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)),6-min walking distance(6MWD)and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,FEV1 and FVC were larger,FEV1/FVC was higher,and 6MWD was longer in the experimental group(P<0.05).After receiving treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared(P BBB 00.05).CONCLUSIONS:Tiotropium bromide and N-acetylcysteine combined breathing training has a significant effect on the treatment of stable COPD patients,which can effectively improve their lung function and exercise endurance,and has a high sa fety.
