血清淀粉样蛋白、C-反应蛋白联合检测在诊断慢阻肺合并肺部感染中的应用价值

Application value of serum amyloid protein and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary infection

目的:探讨血清淀粉样蛋白(Serum amyloid A,SAA)、血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)检测在诊断慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)合并肺部感染中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月甘肃省文县中医院收治的150例慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者和同期该院收治的150例未合并肺部感染的慢阻肺患者作为研究对象。将其中150例慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者作为研究组,将其中150例未合并肺部感染的慢阻肺患者作为对照组。对两组患者均进行血清CRP、SAA联合检测,并对比其血清CRP、SAA的水平。结果:研究组患者血清CRP的水平〔(137.26±19.86)mg/ml〕、SAA的水平〔(215.54±21.05)mg/L〕均高于对照组患者血清CRP的水平〔(36.53±11.09)mg/ml〕、SAA的水平〔(56.31±13.66)mg/L〕,P<0.05。结论:与未合并肺部感染的慢阻肺患者相比,慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者血清CRP、SAA的水平均较高。血清CRP、SAA联合检测在诊断慢阻肺合并肺部感染中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the value of Serum amyloid A(SAA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary infection.METHODS:A total of 150 COPD patients with pulmonary infection and 150 COPD patients without pulmonary infection admitted to Wenxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Gansu Province from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.150 COPD patients complicated with pulmonary infection were enrolled as the study group,and 150 COPD patients without complicated with pulmonary infection were enrolled as the control group.Serum CRP and SAA were detected in 2 groups,and the levels of serum CRP and SAA were compared.Results:The level of serum CRP((137.26±19.86)mg/mL)and SAA((215.54±21.05)mg/L)in the study group were higher than those in the control group((36.53±11.09)mg/mL)and SAA((56.31±13.66)mg/L),P<0.05.Conclusion:Serum levels of CRP and SAA in COPD patients with pulmonary infection are higher than those in COPD patients without pulmonary infection.The combined detection of serum CRP and SA A is of high application value in the diagnosis of COPD complic ated with pulmonary infection.
