超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术在诊断乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值

目的:分析超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术在诊断乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年1月至2020年6月期间东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的80例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象。将这80例患者进行病理检查的结果作为诊断其病情的金标准。对这80例患者均进行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术。然后,观察用超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术对这80例患者肿瘤的良恶性进行鉴别诊断的结果、对其病情进行诊断的准确率及良恶性肿瘤患者病灶的超声影像特征。结果:用超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术对这80例患者肿瘤的良恶性进行鉴别诊断的结果显示,在这80例患者中,良性肿瘤患者有36例(占45%),恶性肿瘤患者有44例(占55%)。用超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术对这80例患者病情进行诊断的准确率为98.75%。良性肿瘤患者病灶的超声影像特征为:其肿瘤病灶呈椭圆形或圆形,质地均匀,边缘光滑,且存在包膜。恶性肿瘤患者病灶的超声影像特征为:其肿瘤病灶呈叶状或不规则状,质地不均匀,边缘模糊,不存在包膜。结论:超声引导下经皮穿刺活检术在诊断乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the value of interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected to carry out this study.The pathological diagnosis was the gold standard,including 35 patients with benign tumors,45 patients with breast cancer,80 patients were given interventional ultrasound percutaneous biopsy technology to analyze the diagnosis results.result There are 36 cases of benign tumor and 44 cases of breast cancer,among which 1 case of benign tumor was misdiagnosed as breast cancer,with the diagnostic accuracy of 98.75%.The imaging features of benign tumor are mainly oval or round,smooth margin,and most of them have capsule.The imaging features of breast cancer patients are mainly shown as follows Leaves or irregular,margin fuzzy,usually without capsule.Conclusion in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer patients,the application of interventional ultrasound percutaneous biopsy technology can obtain a relatively high overall diagnostic accuracy,can effectively reflect the specific information of the tumor,and has the value of promotion.
