针灸联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛对患者生活质量的影响

Effects of acupuncture combined with carbamazepine on quality of life in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:探讨用针灸疗法联合卡马西平对原发性三叉神经痛患者进行治疗对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间在某医院接受诊治的72例原发性三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象。将这72例患者分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对两组患者均使用卡马西平进行治疗,在此基础上,对观察组患者进行针灸治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及生活质量量表的评分。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者VAS的评分相比,t=0.129,P=0.898。接受治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率及生活质量量表的评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。接受治疗1周、2周及1个月后,观察组患者VAS的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用针灸疗法联合卡马西平对原发性三叉神经痛患者进行治疗的临床效果较好,可有效地改善其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with carbamazepine on the quality of life of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.METHODS:A total of 72 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who received diagnosis and treatment in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects.The 72 patients were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).Patients in both groups were treated with carbamazepine,and on this basis,patients in the observation group received acupuncture treatment.Then,the total response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)and quality of life scale were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:Before treatment,the VAS scores of 2 groups were compared,t=0.129,P=0.898.After receiving treatment,the total effective rate and quality of life scale scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month of treatment,VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with carbamazepine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and can effectively improve their quality of life.
