在新冠疫情传播高峰时期对1例高龄COPD伴多种合并症患者进行临床护理的经验总结

Clinical nursing of an elderly COPD patient with multiple comorbiditiesduring the peak period of COVID-19 transmission

在新冠疫情传播的高峰时期,安徽省铜陵市中医医院收治了1例高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴多种合并症患者。该患者存在持续高热的症状,其本人及其家属均存在较重的心理负担。本文对护理该患者的经验进行总结,并对COPD的护理认知、护理原则、临床心理支持系统构建、患者的健康教育方法等进行分析与概括。

During the peak period of the transmission of COVID-19,a case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with multiple complications was admitted to Tongling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anhui Province.The patient had persistent symptoms of high fever,and both himself and his family members had heavy psychological burden.This paper summarized the nursing experience of this patient,and analyzed and summarized the nursing cognition,nursing principles,clinical psychological support system construction,health education methods for patients,etc.
