摘要
产业在追求产业链、供应链和价值链的合理结构和溢出效益时,必须建立和完善其质量控制体系,以保障该产业的可持续发展。依据国际标准化组织(ISO)有关质量标准文件,结合我国小麦及其制品的质量标准,以及作者团队的研究结果和认知,概述了小麦籽粒质量评价的基础理论和相关结果,分析了我国现有的小麦籽粒质量评价标准和方法体系,讨论了我国小麦产业发展中籽粒质量评价存在的问题和需要应对的挑战。
In the pursuit of a rotation structure and the more benefits from industrial chain, supply chain and value chain, industry must establish and improve quality control system to ensure the sustainable development of industry. According to quality standard documents by International Standard Organization(ISO), combined with wheat and its product quality standards in China, as well as our team’s research results and cognition, this paper summarized the basic theory and knowledge of wheat grain quality, investigated the present standard and method of wheat grain quality evaluation in China, and then discussed the problems and challenges of grain quality eval-uation in the sustainable development of wheat industry in China.
