农户用稻谷储藏加工一体机测试试验报告

Test Report on Integrated Rice Storage and Processing Machine for Farmers

对新研制的农户用稻谷储藏加工一体机开展了稻谷加工测试试验。结果表明,在通过实仓试验的小型农户稻谷储藏仓下,安装小型稻谷加工设备系统,形成的稻谷储藏加工一体机,可以加工符合食用要求的大米,大米产量102.6kg/h。加工系统位于仓下,不占用存放位置。农户可根据大米用量,随时用随时加工,确保大米品质新鲜。

The rice processing test was carried out on the newly developed rice storage and processing machine for farmers.The results showed that the rice storage and processing integrated machine could process rice meeting the requirements of food,and the rice yield was 102.6 kg/h.The processing system is located under the warehouse and does not occupy the storage position.Farmers can add rice according to the amount of rice to ensure the quality of fresh rice.
