呕吐毒素荧光定量快速检测试纸卡及仪器技术性能优化的研究报告

Research Report on Technical Performance Optimization on Instruction of the Quantitative&Rapid Test Strip for Deoxynivalenol

基于时间分辨荧光微球制备的呕吐毒素荧光定量快速检测试纸卡,通过两线及三线试纸卡灵敏度与重复性的对比,筛选出效果更优的三线试纸卡,并对三线试纸卡不同性能要求进行检测验证。结果表明,呕吐毒素三线试纸卡检出限与定量限符合要求,准确度、重复性、稳定性等均达到更优的效果,更能满足快速定量检测要求。

The quantitative&rapid test strip for Deoxynivalenolis prepared based on the time-resolved fluorescence microsphere.Through the comparison of sensitivity and repeatability of two-line and three-line strip,the better three-line strip was selected,and the different performance requirements of the three-line strip were tested and verified.The results showed that the detection limit and quantitative limit of Deoxynivalenol three-line strip met the requirements,and the accuracy,repeatability and stability of the strip were better,which could meet the requirements of rapid quantitative detection.
