声表面波测温技术在往复式压缩机中的应用

摘要 针对LDPE装置K103压缩机原有的熔断杆系统的构成和存在的缺陷,对测温点分成运动部件和固定部件两方面进行分析,选用了声表面波测温系统的改造方案,改造后运行结果表明:声表面波测温系统运行稳定,指示正常,杜绝了因熔断杆备件质量而导致的非计划停车。同时通过总结声表面波测温系统的现场调试经验,为同类机组测温系统的改造提供了借鉴经验。 Aiming at the constitution and defects of the original fuse rod system in K103 compressor in LDPE plant,the temperature detection points were analyzed from the moving and fixed parts,and the surface acoustic wave temperature detection system was selected.The operation results of the surface acoustic wave temperature detection system showed that the temperature detection system running was stable and the indication was normal,the unplanned shutdown caused by the quality of spare parts of the fuse rod spare parts was eliminated.At the same time,references for the temperature detection system reform in similar machine set were provided by summarization on the site commissioning experiences.
