摘要
对延迟焦化装置配套密闭除焦系统螺旋取料机主螺旋轴连接螺栓断裂故障进行原因分析,并利用金相分析、成分分析、拉伸试验、抗拉强度与剪切力校核,确定其故障原因为多因素共同作用下的非铰制孔螺栓的逐颗剪切断裂,并制定针对性的解决策略,为同类装置中密闭除焦系统螺旋取料机的故障诊断分析提供参考。
Causes for the fracture failure of the connecting bolt of the main screw shaft in the screw reclaimer in the closed decoking system of the delayed coking unit were analyzed.By means of metallographic and composition analysis,tensile test,tensile strength and shear force to check,the failure cause was determined to be the shear fracture of non reaming hole bolts one by one under the combined action of multiple factors,the corresponding solution strategies were formulated.References for failure diagnosis and analysis of the screw reclaimer in the closed decoking system in the similar unit were provided.
