“一带一路”背景下中哈体育赛事交流分析

Analysis of China-Kazakhstan Communication of Sports Events Under the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

2013年9月和10月中国国家主席习近平分别提出建设"新丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的合作倡议,并且将"丝路"分为五条线路,分别为北线A、B、中线、南线和中心线。其中中线从北京开始贯穿中亚一直到达欧洲法国。笔者以文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对中线中重要的一站哈萨克斯坦共和国的体育赛事发展现状以及与中国体育赛事交流现状进行分析研究。研究发现:哈国的竞技体育,尤其是"重竞技"项目,如:拳击、举重、田径等项目尤为突出,带动了这些项目体育赛事发展,但这些体育赛事更多由国家政府主办,民间赛事发展还较为缓慢,需要投入更多的人力物力。在我国,大众体育和体育产业的发展已进入和谐的可持续发展阶段。"一带一路"的建设进一步拉近了中哈两国的关系,在体育赛事方面的交流应更加密切,以达到两国体育产业都能稳步提升的目的。

In September and October 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed a cooperative initiative to construct the"New Silk Road Economic Belt"and the"21 st Century Maritime Silk Road",and divided the"Silk Road"into five routes,namely north line A,B,middle line,south line and central line.The central line starts from Beijing and runs through Central Asia to France.This paper analyzes the current status of the development of sports events in the Republic of Kazakhstan,an important station in the middle line,and the status of communicating with Chinese sports events,using literature review,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.it is found that Kazakh competitive sports,especially heavy athletics,such as boxing,weightlifting,and track and field are particularly prominent,driving the development of these events.But these sports events are more sponsored by the national government,and the development of private events is slower,requiring more manpower and material resources.Chinese mass sports and sports industry has also entered a stage of harmonious and sustainable development.The construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has brought closer the relations between China and Kazakhstan,and communicating in sports events should be more closely,so as to achieve the goal of steadily improving the sports industries of both countries.
