摘要 激发高校思政课教师创新教学行为是提升思政教育亲和力和针对性的有效手段。本文基于主动行为理论,以高校思政课教师为研究对象,从诸多创新教学行为中剥离、提炼出主动创新教学行为概念内涵,探索其维度构成,开发测量量表。高校思政课教师主动创新行为是指思政课教师发自内心的服务于创新教学,并积极主动的解决当前教学过程中的问题,从而提升教学绩效行为。构建了自发性、前期准备和持久性等三维结构的主动创新教学行为模型,开发了具有较高信度的高校思政课教师主动创新教学行为测量工具,为后续研究奠定基础。 Stimulating the innovative teaching behavior of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is an effective way to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education. Based on the theory of active behavior, taking the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, this paper abstracts and extracts the concept of active innovative teaching behavior from many innovative teaching behaviors, explores its dimensions, and develops measurement scales. The initiative innovation behavior of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities refers to the service of ideological and political teachers in innovative teaching, and actively solving problems in the current teaching process, so as to enhance teaching performance. A three-dimensional active teaching behavior model of spontaneity, prophase preparation and persistence has been constructed, and a highly reliable instrument for measuring the initiative and innovative teaching behavior of university ideological and political teachers has been developed, which lays the foundation for further research.
