新时代里,网络链接着千家万户,教育事业更是离不开网络,在国家高度重视思想政治教育和法治教育的同时,网络起着越来越重要的作用。网络是一把双刃剑,它给我们的生活、思想政治教育和法治教育带来便利的同时,也给我们带来很多挑战和困惑。因此,网络中法治教育和法治化需要思想政治教育作为先导,网络中的思想政治教育需要法治来约束;在网络思想政治和法治教育中,应加强制度建设、重视法治保障、建立长效机制。
