摘要
提高政府信息服务质量、提高市民对政府信息服务的满意度是政府信息服务绩效考核的本质要求,本文目的在于初步调研Q市政府机关的信息服务质量现状,尤其是普通民众对Q市政府各项信息服务的满意度情况,为后续政府信息服务绩效评价体系的研究提供基础数据和参考。
Improving the quality of government information services and increasing citizens’satisfaction with government information services are essential requirements for government information service performance evaluation.The purpose of this article is to initially investigate the information service quality of government agencies in"Q"City,especially the general public’s satisfaction on the information service of government agencies in"Q"City.It also aims to provide basic data and reference for the following government information service performance evaluation system research.
