“一带一路”倡议下高职院校英语核心素养人才的培养

The Cultivation of English Core Literacy Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the“Belt and Road”Initiative

当前国家发展和建设战略的主要问题是人才培养。在"一带一路"倡议背景下,培养国际化人才成为了主要,英语语言的学习的就成了必需。本文在"中国心"培养为主的前提下,通过英语核心素养的四个方面:语言能力、思维品质、文化意识和学习能力来培养国际化人才,并致力于高职院校英语课程的改革;通过高职院校围绕英语核心素养四要素做出相应的改革意见,为"一带一路"倡议下高职院校英语核心素养人才的培养提供有用的建议。

The main problem of current national development and construction strategy is personnel training.In the context of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,the cultivation of international talents has become the main task,and the English language learning has become necessary.The paper focus on the premise of"Chinese heart"cultivation,aims to cultivate international talents through four aspects of English core literacy:language ability,thinking quality,cultural awareness and learning ability,and devotes to the reform of English curriculum in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of the four aspects of English core literacy in higher vocational colleges,and provides some useful suggestions for the cultivation of English core literacy talents in higher vocational colleges under the"Belt and Road"Initiative.
