摘要
介绍了精密金属零件镀层种类及特点,分析了精密金属零件镀膜工艺,在此基础上,对钨合金叶片的表面处理工艺进行了研究。在研究中,对比了类金刚石镀层与碳化钨镀层在钨合金叶片上的应用效果,确认类金刚石镀层更适用于钨合金叶片的表面处理。
The categories and features of the cladding of precision metal part were introduced,and the cladding process of the precision metal part was analyzed.On this basis,the surface treatment process of the tungsten alloy blade was studied.In the study,the application effects of diamond-like carbon cladding and tungsten carbide cladding on the tungsten alloy blade were compared.It is confirmed that diamond-like carbon cladding is more suitable for the surface treatment of the tungsten alloy blade.
