摘要
在核电蒸汽发生器制造过程中,环缝热处理是关键环节,会影响整个设备的工艺质量及后续的安全运行。对核电蒸汽发生器环缝热处理试验工况及工艺过程进行了分析,基于有限元方法进行了温度场计算,并采用间接耦合方法进行了变形计算。
In the manufacturing process of the nuclear power steam generator,circular seam heat treatment is a key link,which will affect the process quality of the entire equipment and subsequent safe operation.The experimental conditions and technological process of the circular seam heat treatment of nuclear power steam generator were analyzed,the temperature field was calculated based on the finite element method,and the deformation calculation was performed by the indirect coupling method.
