摘要
以卧式砂型铸造机底座为研究对象,应用有限元方法,基于实际铸造工况和载荷、约束条件,进行动态特性分析。给出了动态特性分析的具体步骤。在分析中,获得了卧式砂型铸造机底座的前六阶固有频率、振型、位移量。分析结果可以为新型卧式砂型铸造机底座结构的设计和优化提供技术参考。
Taking the base of the horizontal sand casting machine as the research object,the finite element method was applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics based on the practical casting conditions,loads and constraint conditions.The specific steps of dynamical analysis were given.In the analysis,the first six order natural frequencies,vibration shapes,and displacements of the base of the horizontal sand casting machine were obtained.The analysis results can provide a technical reference for the design and optimization of the base structure of the new horizontal sand casting machine.
