The embodied cognition theory in psychology believes that the mind, body, and the world are an inseparable organic whole. And our cognition originates from the interaction between the body and the environment. However,in practice, people tend to ignore the impact from potential physical experience to recognition.Listening to books is a fashionable way of reading.People often think that compared with traditional way of"reading"books,if you read the same text, the reading effect is of no difference. However,in fact, because readers are in different time and space environments when interacting with the two media, their body posture experiences are also different, which will eventually affect the reading effect.
