基于携程网的山西省智慧旅游初探

摘要 近年来智慧旅游已成为旅游学科研究热点,尤其是疫情以来,人们通过观看网络智慧旅游资源,激发和提升现实旅游动机,为旅游业重启做准备。笔者通过采集旅游出行平台的有关数据,分析山西省智慧旅游者行为特征和线上旅游业供给现状,揭示山西省智慧旅游供求现状。结果表明:(1)总体上看山西省智慧旅游业处于中等发展水平;(2)山西省各地市智慧旅游发展不平衡;(3)线上旅游企业中,餐饮业数量最多,购物企业数量最少。为此提出以下建议:(1)加强各地市线上旅游企业短板建设;(2)加强山西智慧旅游营销平台的建设;(3)重点打造智慧旅游购物示范工程。 In recent years,smart tourism has become a hot topic of research.Especially since the outbreak of the COVID-19,tourism-related resources published on the Internet has stimulated and enhanced people’s travelling expectation,which well prepares tourist market for restarting.Based on the data collected from the travelling website,this paper analyzes the behavior characteristics of the tourists of smart tourism and the current supply of online tourism in Shanxi Province to reveal the present situation of Shanxi’s smart tourism in supply and demand. The results are summed up as follows. Firstly,Shanxi’s smart tourism is generally at the medium level of development.Secondly,different cities in Shanxi have unbalanced development in smart tourism.Thirdly,among the online tourism enterprises,the number of catering businesses is the largest,while of shopping businesses,is the least.Accordingly,the proposals are made. First,the weaknesses of online tourism enterprises in Shanxi’s various cities should be tackled.Second,the marketing platforms of smart tourism should be improved. Third,focus should be on building demonstration project of shopping in smart tourism.
