“追赶超越”背景下陕西制造业高质量发展水平评价

Evaluation of Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Shaanxi

本文从经济发展、创新发展、绿色发展及开放发展四个方面构建制造业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,利用因子分析方法分别对2018年全国30个省市和陕西省10个地市制造业高质量发展水平进行测度。研究发现:各省市制造业高质量发展水平存在较大差异,2018年陕西省制造业高质量发展水平排名全国第15位,处于全国中水平;陕西省10个地市制造业高质量发展水平存在较大差异,西安市制造业高质量发展水平最高,其次是榆林市,排在最后的是安康市和商洛市,仅有西安市制造业高质量发展水平属于高水平,咸阳市、铜川市、安康市及商洛市制造业高质量发展水平属于低水平,其余地市属于中水平。

An index system is constructed for the evaluation of quality development of manufacturing industry from four perspectives: economic,innovative,green and open development. The factor analysis method is used to assess the quality development of manufacturing industries in 30 Chinese provinces and cities and 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province in 2018. The findings are as follow. The development quality of the manufacturing industry varies greatly among provinces and cities.In 2018,Shaanxi’s manufacturing industry ranked 15 th in quality development,which was at mediumlevel in China.There were significant differences among 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province in their manufacturing development quality,among which Xi’an ranked top,followed by Yulin,while Ankang and Shangluo were at the bottom. Besides,only Xi’an boasted high quality development of manufacturing;Xianyang,Tongchuan,Ankang and Shangluo were at a low level in manufacturing development quality,while the remaining cities were at a medium level.
