葡萄花油田压裂驱油技术试验应用及前景探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着葡萄花油田注水开发的不断深入,为实现注采不完善储层内剩余油的有效挖潜,采用油井压裂驱油工艺,以压裂方式注入大量适宜浓度的地层驱油液,在补充地层能量的同时实现剩余油的有效挖潜,并进行了潜力井层优选以及驱油剂优选、施工参数等方面的优化,该技术在现场应用15口井,措施后初期平均单井日增油3.8t,目前已累计增油2.2×10^(4)t,取得了很好的增油效果,并形成了葡萄花油田压裂驱油技术的配套技术,可以很好地指导葡萄花注采不完善储层的压裂驱油改造,实现了葡萄花储层注采不完善井层内剩余油的有效挖潜,在大庆油田外围储层进行推广及应用,具有很好的前景。葡萄花油田压裂驱油技术施工费用较高,仍需进一步完善驱油剂配比,简化施工组织模式,探索经济有效的施工新模式。葡萄花油田压裂驱油技术仍需根据不同区块开展针对性的理论研究,提高在不同区块储层上的改造挖潜效果及效益。 With the deepening of waterflooding development in Putaohua Oilfield,fracturing technology for oil wells is applied to the realization of effectively tapping the potential of remaining oil in the reservoirs with imperfect injection-production.A large number of oil displacement agents with suitable concentration is injected through fracturing,and formation energy may be supplied and the potential of remaining oil may be tapped at the same time.The potential well layer may be selected,and oil displacement agent and operating parameters may be optimized.This technology is applied to 15 wells in the field.After the measures were taken,early average incremental oil for single well was 3.8 t,and cumulative incremental oil is 2.2×10^(4)t now.Good effect of oil increase is achieved.A series of technologies of the fracturing for oil displacement was formed in Putao-hua Oilfield.It can guide the fracturing in the Putaohua reservoirs with imperfect injection-production,and realize the effective exploitation of the remaining oil in them.It has good prospect to be popularized and ap-plied in the peripheral reservoirs of Daqing Oilfield.The operating cost of fracturing technology for oil dis-placement in Putaohua Oilfield is relatively high,so it is still necessary to further improve the components of oil displacement agent,simplify the operating mode,and explore a new economic and effective operating mode.Corresponding theoretical research of the fracturing technology for oil displacement in Putaohua Oilfield should be done for various blocks so as to improve the potential effect and benefit of exploration on different blocks.
