炼化污水处理厂节能降耗措施及效果 被引量:1

摘要 随着环保要求日益严格,以及炼化企业污水复杂多样,炼化污水处理厂运行成本大幅度增加,节能降耗成为诸多企业内部挖潜增效的有效途径。以某炼化污水处理厂运行为实例,在确保污水外排合格的情况下,通过对系统进行优化运行,调整操作、优化药剂投加、调整滤池反洗时间等多种措施,将污水处理厂运行成本由设计的6.22元/t污水降至2.94元/t污水,节能降耗效果明显。从该厂的运行经验看,可在污水处理厂设置碱渣调节罐对上游装置碱渣进行存储,通过计量泵送至污水中和池作为液碱使用,降低运行费用和建设投资;在设计时打破成套工艺界限,按照污水处理厂整体用风情况考虑,设置风罐通过减压满足滤池用风需求,降低运行费用,同时核算核减加药泵量程,避免药剂浪费;在运行中,根据污水水质和水量及时调整污水处理厂运行,避免"大马拉小车"的情况,并加强反渗透运行管理,防止药剂投加过量造成膜堵塞。 With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and the complex and diversified refinery wastewater,the operating cost of refinery wastewater treatment plant has increased greatly,and energy saving and consumption reduction has become an effective way for many enterprises to tap potential and in-crease efficiency.The operation of a refinery wastewater treatment plant is taken as an example.While ensuring the up-to-standard discharge of wastewater,various measures were taken including optimizing system operation,adjusting operation,optimizing the dosage of chemicals and adjusting filter backwashing time to reduce the operating cost of the wastewater treatment plant from the designed 6.22 yuan per ton of wastewater to 2.94 yuan per ton of wastewater,achieving remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction effect.According to the operation experience of this plant,caustic sludge regulating tank can be installed in the wastewater treatment plant for storage of caustic sludge from upstream units,which is then pumped to the wastewater neutralization tank by metering pump for use as liquid caustic,so as to reduce the operating cost and construction investment.In engineering design,the boundaries of packaged process are broken.According to the overall air consumption of the wastewater treatment plant,air tank is set to meet the air demand of filter through decompression,so as to reduce the operating cost.At the same time,the range of dosing pump is calculated and reduced to avoid the waste of chemicals.During operation,the operation of wastewater treatment plant is timely adjusted according to the quality and quantity of wastewater to avoid waste,and the reverse osmosis operation management is strengthened to prevent the film blockage caused by excessive dosage of chemicals.
