煤矸石在道路工程中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Coal Gangue in Road Engineering

介绍了煤矸石的分类、理化特性及其在道路基层和面层中的研究进展,并调查统计了国内煤矸石在道路实体工程中的应用情况与施工工艺。结果表明:燃矸石工程性质良好,使用时需掺入一定比例的细颗粒和合适的稳定材料,用石灰、粉煤灰稳定煤矸石材料效果最佳,建议采用“J3Z4N2法”施工。

This paper introduces the classification,physical and chemical characteristics of coal gangue and its research progress in road base and surface layer,and surveys the application and construction technology of coal gangue in road solid engineering in China.The results show that the engineering properties of coal gangue are good,a certain proportion of fine particles and suitable stabilizing materials should be mixed into the coal gangue when it is used,the best effect of stabilizing coal gangue materials with lime and fly ash is obtained,it is suggested that"J3Z4N2 method"be adopted for construction.
