大型光热电站项目施工分包实例剖析

Analysis on Construction Subcontracting Case of Large Scale Concentrating Solar Power Plant Project

近年来,光热发电作为新能源发电的重要组成部分,在国内外电力市场备受关注。与国内项目不同,海外光热项目以多台机组、总容量大、不同发电类型混合的大型项目群为主。论文对某海外大型光热项目的施工分包方案进行剖析,分析该施工分包方案的优点与缺陷,并结合实际提出方案优化对策,以为其他大型光热项目的施工分包提供参考与借鉴。

Concentrating solar power generation,as an integral part of new energy power generation,has attracted much attention in the domestic and foreign power markets in recent years.Different from domestic projects,overseas concentrating solar power projects are mainly large-scale projects with large total capacity and mixed different forms of power generation.In this paper,the construction subcontracting scheme of a large-scale overseas concentrating solar power project is analyzed,its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the scheme optimization countermeasures are put forward in combination with the actual conditions,so as to provide reference for the construction subcontracting of other large-scale concentrating solar power proj ects.
