Practice and Discussion on Project Management of General Contractor Under EPC Mode of Landscape Engineering--Taking the Ecological Corridor Project of Xintongyang River in Hai'an as an Example

近年来,EPC模式已成为市场青睐的主流建设管理模式。EPC模式下的综合性园林工程要求总承包商对项目全生命周期、全过程统一管理。论文主要基于大型园林工程EPC模式下设计阶段、采购阶段和施工阶段总承包管理常见的难点问题,以项目为例,对设计引领下的费用、工期、质量控制等目标管控措施进行分析和探讨。

In recent years,EPC mode has become the mainstream construction management mode favored by the market.The comprehensive landscape engineering under EPC mode requires the general contractor to manage the whole life cycle and the whole process of the project.Based on the common difficult problems of the general contracting management in the design stage,procurement stage and construction stage of large landscape engineering under EPC mode,taking the project as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the cost,construction period,quality control and other target control measures under the guidance of design.
