Logical Closed-Loop of the Space Form of"Station and City Integration"of Japan Rail Transit Hub

日本轨道交通车站在周边城市化综合开发、站城一体化建设方面展示出了突出的成就。论文旨在通过对国内外关于日本轨道交通及其站城一体化的文献研究及实地踏勘,从城市空间结构、市场机制、资金平衡模式、政策支持、法制化支持5个方面揭示日本轨道交通枢纽地区"站城一体"空间形态背后的逻辑闭环。

Japan's rail transit stations show outstanding achievements in the comprehensive development of surrounding cities and the integrated construction of stations and cities.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the logic closed-loop behind the spatial pattern of"Station City Integration"in Japan's rail transit hub area from five aspects:urban spatial structure,market mechanism,capital balance mode,policy support,and legal support through literature research and field survey on Japan's rail transit and its Station City integration at home and abroad.Through the research on the integration of station-city in Japan,we hope to provide the corresponding reference for the integrated development of station-city in the high-speed railway hub area being explored in China.
