Study on Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Facilities Planning Based on Regulatory Detailed Planning--Case Study of Zhongshan City

通过梳理中山市既有控制性详细规划的编制情况,分析基于控制性详细规划的市政给排水设施规划编制存在的主要问题,以及国土空间规划背景下市政给排水设施规划编制要求,探讨基于控制性详细规划的市政给排水设施规划编制的重点和要点,以期提高基于控规的市政给排水设施规划编制和管理水平。

Through combing the compilation of existing regulatory detailed planning in Zhongshan City,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the compilation of municipal water supply and drainage facilities planning based on regulatory detailed planning,and municipal water supply and drainage facilities planning requirements under the background of territorial spatial planning,discusses the key points of the compiling municipal water supply and drainage facilities planning based on regulatory detailed planning in order to improve the compilation and management level of municipal water supply and drainage facilities planning based on regulatory detailed planning.
