摘要
采购管理是工程项目运作过程中保障工期、降低成本的关键环节,尤其在国际工程项目中,物资采购涉及风险类型多样,要求加强采购管理,确保工程项目顺利实施。论文通过分析国际工程采购管理中供货厂商的评价及选择方式,剖析国际工程采购中存在的内外部风险,并提出有效的风险应对策略。
Procurement management is a key link to ensure the construction period and reduce costs in the process of engineering project operation.Especially in international engineering projects,material procurement involves various types of risks,so it is required to strengthen procurement management to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects.By analyzing the evaluation and selection methods of suppliers in international engineering procurement management,this paper analyzes the internal and external risks existing in international engineering procurement,and puts forward effective risk response strategies.
