在铁路工程施工建设过程中,存在众多影响因素,再加上施工周期长、成本投入大,可能会出现一些突发状况,由此引发工程索赔问题。论文从工程索赔的内涵出发,对铁路工程索赔的重点进行了分析,并从施工准备、施工阶段和竣工阶段对铁路工程索赔工作进行了探究,希望能为铁路工程的施工建设提供借鉴。

In the process of railway construction,there are many influencing factors,in addition,the construction cycle is long,the cost is large,there may be some unexpected situation,which leads to the corresponding problems of engineering claims.Starting from the connotation of engineering claim,this paper analyzes the key points of railway engineering claim,and probes into the work of railway engineering claim from the construction preparation,construction stage and completion stage,hoping to be able to provide reference for the construction of railway engineering.
