新时期,我国房地产行业发展迅速,项目数量也越来越多。提高房地产建筑的质量有利于保障人们的生活质量、促进社会经济的发展,因此,如何保障房地产建筑的质量成为所有房地产企业需要深思的问题。房地产建筑施工涉及的内容较多,任何一个施工环节都会影响到建筑质量,因此,在新时期中,应加强房地产建筑施工过程中的质量、安全等方面的管理工作并明确控制要点。论文分析了我国房地产建筑的施工管理现状,并提出加强我国房地产建筑施工管理的策略,以供参考。

In the new period,China's real estate industry develops rapidly,and the number of projects is increasing.Improving the quality of real estate construction is conducive to ensuring people's quality of life and promoting the development of social economy.Therefore,how to guarantee the quality of real estate construction has become a problem that all real estate enterprises need to think deeply.The real estate construction involves many contents,and any construction link will affect the quality of the construction.Therefore,in the new period,we should strengthen the management of the quality and safety in the process of real estate construction and clarify the control points.This paper analyzes the present situation of the real estate construction management in China,and puts forward the strategy of strengthening the real estate construction management in China,for reference.
