超声心动图检测在川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变评估中的应用价值

Application value of echocardiography in coronary artery disease in children with Kawasaki disease

目的探讨超声心动图检测在川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变评估中的应用价值。方法将2017年10月—2019年1月期间我院收治的100例川崎病患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均经冠状动脉造影与超声心动图检查并分析其检测结果。结果以冠状动脉造影诊断结果作为"金标准",超声心动图诊断的准确度为87%(87/100)、灵敏度为96.55%(84/87)、特异性为84.62%(11/13)。结论超声心动图可以安全、清晰地观察冠状动脉病变过程,以及冠状动脉与主动脉的内径的比值,为川崎病的诊断提供重要信息,利于川崎病的治疗,提高预后。

Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography in coronary artery disease in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods hospital were examined by echocardiography and the results were analyzed to observe the coronary artery disease.Results With the coronary arteriography diagnosis as the"golden diagnostic standard",the degree of accuracy of echocardiography was 87%(87/100),the sensitivity was 96.55%(84/87),and the specificity was 84.62%(11/13).Conclusion The echocardiography can safely and clearly observe the process of coronary artery disease and the ratio of coronary artery to aortic diameter,which provides important information for the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease.Therefore,the application of echocardiography is beneficial to the treatment of Kawasaki disease and improves the prognosis.
