Health literacy and health education of college students

当下我国正大力实施健康中国战略,国民健康素养的提高对于实现中华民族伟大复兴的强国梦具有重要意义。高校大学生群体既是健康中国的践行者,也是引领者。通过对大学生总体健康素养水平不高,大学生体质呈下降趋势以及健康意识不强的现状进行梳理,并对存在问题的原因进行分析探讨,提出发挥健康教育在素质教育中的综合运用,加强高校健康教育教学能力建设,培养良好生活方式和持续完善工作机制等应对性策略,促进高校健康教育工作开展和大学生健康素养水平提升。

China is vigorously implementing the Strategy of Healthy China nowadays.The improvement of national health literacy is of great significance to the realization of the great rejuvenation of China.In the communique of the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,health education has been raised to the strategic position of the country,and the importance of the health education to the development of the country should be fully recognized.Especially for students of universities and colleges,the status of health literacy is not optimistic.Good health literacy is not only conducive to college and university students to solve practical problems,but also conducive to relief the burden of social chronic diseases in the future and cope with the challenges of various health problems.Health education is the most convenient,economical and effective health strategy to prevent diseases and improve health literacy.Cultivating college and university students’health literacy and responsibility and promoting their physical and mental health is an important part of the strategy of healthy China.The purpose of the paper is to analyze and discuss the current situation and existing problems of health education in colleges and universities,put forward coping strategies,promote the development of health education in colleges and universities,improve the current situation of health education for students,and promote the improvement of the level of health literacy,and commit to making it a pioneer and guide of healthy lifestyle for people,and a practitioner of healthy China strategy.
