改良Park重睑术与传统切开重睑术疗效比较

Comparison of Curative Effect Between Modified Park Blepharoplasty and Traditional Incision Blepharoplasty

目的:探讨改良Park重睑术与传统切开重睑术的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月在笔者医院医学美容科行重睑术的患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用传统切开重睑术进行治疗,观察组采用改良Park重睑术进行治疗,两组术后均随访6个月。比较两组一期愈合情况及手术相关指标;比较术前、术后6个月的满意度评分和眼睑形态评分;统计两组治疗期间的并发症发生率。结果:观察组一期愈合率为96.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、拆线时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前相比,术后6个月,两组满意度评分和眼睑形态评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统切开重睑术,改良Park重睑术可明显改善患者手术指标,促进一期愈合,并能提高患者重睑修复效果和满意度,具有较高安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Park blepharoplasty and traditional incision blepharoplasty.Methods 60 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in the department of aesthetic medicine of our hospital between January 2018 and May 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with traditional incision blepharoplasty,and the observation group was treated with modified Park blepharoplasty.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The first-stage healing and operation related indexes were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction score and eyelid shape score were compared before and 6 months after operation.The complication rate during the treatment period was counted.Results The rate of firststage healing in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that in the control group(63.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,removal time and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative period,6 months after the operation,The satisfaction score and eyelid shape score in the two groups were increased,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(23.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional incision blepharoplasty,modified Park blepharoplasty can significantly improve the patient's operation-related indicators,promote the patient's first-stage healing,and can improve the patient's double eyelid repair effect and satisfaction.
