纳米脂肪移植矫治上睑凹陷疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Nanofat Transplantation in the Treatment of Upper Eyelid Depression

目的:探讨自体纳米脂肪移植治疗上睑凹陷的临床效果。方法:选取大腿外侧作为脂肪供区,采用Coleman脂肪抽吸技术,将获得的结构脂肪组织按Tonnard机械乳化方法制成纳米脂肪,再使用钝头注脂针将纳米脂肪分层注射至上睑凹陷部位。结果:本组21例患者,术后随访3个月,除1例重度凹陷改善不明显外,其余患者上睑凹陷外观改善效果满意,两侧基本对称,并且眼部呈现年轻化状态。结论:纳米脂肪移植技术操作简单,手术时间短,在修复上睑容积缺失的同时,达到了面部年轻化的效果,患者满意度高,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous nanofat transplantation in the treatment of upper eyelid depression.Methods The lateral thigh was selected as the fat donor area,and Coleman liposuction technique was used.The obtained structural fat tissue was mechanically emulsified by Tonnard to make nanofat,and then the nanofat was layered into the upper eyelid depression using blunt fat injection needle.Results In this group,21 patients were followed up for 3 months after the operation.Except for one patient with severe depression,the improvement of upper eyelid depression was not obvious.The improvement of the appearance of the upper eyelid depression was satisfactory,both sides were basically symmetrical,and the eyes were young.Conclusion The technique of nanofat transplantation has the advantages of simple operation and short operation time, which not only repairs the loss of upper eyelid volume, but also achieves the effect of facial skin rejuvenationand high patient satisfaction. It is worth popularizing.
