新型强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Melasma with A New Type Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Tranexamic Acid

目的:探讨具有完美脉冲技术(Optimal pulse technology,0PT)的新型强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL)联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年5月笔者科室就诊的90例黄褐斑患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组45例。实验组用新型强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗,对照组仅使用新型强脉冲光治疗。治疗期间及疗程结束后1个月,评价疗效和不良反应。结果:实验组显效率为68.89%,总有效率93.33%;对照组显效率为33.33%,总有效率为68.89%。两组仅有个别病例出现轻微不良反应。结论:新型强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑安全可靠、操作便捷、无创伤,且能显著改善皮肤光老化的多种状态(皮肤暗沉、皮肤粗糙、细小皱纹、毛细血管扩张及毛孔粗大),使皮肤质地较以前更光滑、细致。

Objective In order to the clinical analysis and safty of the therapeutic effect of tranexamic acid combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)incorporated with optimal pulse technology(OPT)treatment of chloasma.Methods From September 2017 to May 2019,90 patients with chloasma were selected,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases each,the experimental group were treated with IPL-OPT combined with oral tranexamic,for treatment of the control group were treated with IPL-OPT.During the treatment period and one month after the treatment course to evaluate the efficacy and observe the adverser eactions.Results The apparent efficiency of the experimental group was 68.89%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 33.33%,the total effective rate was 68.89%.Minor adverse events occurred in two groups.Conclusion The treatment of melasma with IPL-OPT combined with oral tranexamic is safe,reliable,convenient,noninvasive,and can significantly improve the various state of skin photoaging(skin dull,roughness,fine wrinkles,telangiectasis,pores thick),making skin texture smoother and more meticulous than before,without the advantage of vacation,suitable for the pace of modern life.
