光固化流体树脂修复乳前牙龋效果研究

Study on the Effect of Light-Curing Fluid Resin in Repairing Caries of Primary Anterior Teeth

目的:探究光固化流体树脂应用于乳前牙龋患儿修复治疗中对修复体固位效果、牙髓活力的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月湖北医药学院附属口腔医院儿童口腔及预防保健科收治的乳前牙龋患儿62例,根据随机数字表将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组:31例,患牙85颗,采用复合树脂填充修复治疗;观察组:31例,患牙78颗,采用光固化流体树脂联合复合树脂填充的修复方法。对比两组的疗效、治疗后的修复体固位效果评分、边缘密合性评分、牙髓活力评分及术后发生的各类并发症。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率100.00%,高于对照组的92.94%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组的修复体固位效果评分、边缘密合性评分、牙髓活力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为6.45%,对照组为9.68%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将光固化流体树脂使用在乳前牙龋患儿的修复治疗中,可以提升治疗效果,可一定程度改善修复体固位效果、边缘密合性、牙髓活力,具有良好的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of light-curing fluid resin applied in the restoration treatment of children with primary anterior tooth caries on the retention of the restoration and the vitality of the pulp.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,62 children with dental caries in primary anterior teeth admitted to the Department of Children's Oral and Preventive Health Care of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Hubei Medical College were selected.All children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,each with 31 cases.The control group had 85 teeth.The observation group had 78 teeth.The control group used composite resin filling repair method,and the observation group used light curing fluid resin combined composite resin filling repair method.Compare the curative effect of the two groups,the score of restoration retention effect after treatment,the score of edge adhesion,the score of pulp vitality,the occurrence of various postoperative complications,and the satisfaction of children's parents.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 92.94%in the control group.The difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of restoration retention effect,edge adhesion score,and pulp vitality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 6.45%and that in the control group was 9.68%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of light-curing fluid resin in the restoration treatment of children with caries of primary anterior teeth can enhance the treatment effect,improve the retention of the restoration,edge adhesion,and pulp vitality to a certain extent,and has good safety.
