672株肺炎克雷伯菌的分布情况及耐药现状分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解某三甲医院2019年上半年分离肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)分布情况及细菌耐药性特点。方法收集2019年上半年检出KP菌株的病例信息,对KP菌株的分布特点和耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果临床检出KP菌株共672株,其中呼吸科最多,为262株;标本来源最多的是呼吸道分泌物,有396株;有510株KP菌株来源于60岁以上的患者。我院的KP菌株整体耐药情况严峻,仅对阿米卡星、复方新诺明保持低于50%的耐药率。结论近期内我院KP耐药情况依然严重,泛耐药菌株常见于呼吸科、肾内科、肝胆外科以及急诊科和重症医学科,需要重点监控,其他科室也需要实时掌控菌株分布及耐药特点,采取有效的管理防控措施,降低KP感染风险并实施有效的抗菌治疗。 Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP)isolated from a third-class hospital in the first half of 2019.Methods The case information of KP strain detected in the first half of 2019 was collected,the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of KP strains in our hospital were analyzed.Results A total of 672 strains of KP were detected in clinic,of which 262 strains were sent to respiratory department for examination,396 strains were isolated from respiratory secretion,510 strains of KP were from patients over 60 years old.The overall drug resistance of KP strains in our hospital was serious,only the resistance rate to amikacin and sulfamethoxazole remained less than 50%.Conclusion The drug resistance of KP in our hospital is still serious in the near future.Pan drug resistance strains are common in respiratory,intrarenal,hepatobiliary surgery,emergency and critical medicine departments,which need to be monitored.Other departments also need to control the distribution and drug resistance characteristics in real time and take effective management and control measures,so as to reduce the risk of KP infection and implement effective antibacterial treatment.
