摘要
目的探讨微信平台在药学门诊高血压合并高脂血症患者治疗中的实践效果。方法将114例在精准用药门诊就诊的高血压合并高脂血症的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组57例。对照组给予常规电话随访;试验组给予微信随访。2组患者均干预12个月。比较2组患者的血压、血脂及自我管理评价。结果试验组和对照组的收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平在随访终点均有下降。试验组患者的自我管理评价显著优于对照组,且发现新发疾病的及时率高于对照组。结论相比于电话随访模式,微信随访模式更适应时代需求,也更能体现临床价值。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia in pharmaceutical outpatient.Methods A total of 114 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group(n=57 cases)and treatment group(n=57 cases).The control group was followed up by telephone,and the treatment group was followed up by WeChat.After 12 months,the blood pressure,blood lipids and self-management evaluation of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the treatment group and the control group decreased at the end of follow-up,and there were no statistical differences between the two groups.The self-management evaluation of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,and the rate of timely detection of new diseases was higher than that of control group.Conclusion Compared with the follow-up mode of telephone,WeChat mode seems to be more suitable for the needs of the times and more able to reflect the clinical value.
