摘要
2010年科学家在小鼠神经瘤母细胞中筛选鉴定出Piezo1和Piezo2蛋白。Piezo2是一个由机械刺激直接激活且可将机械刺激转换为电信号进而形成机械敏感性电流通道的蛋白质。Piezo2自发现以来一直受到广泛的关注,在触觉、本体感觉、痛觉、肿瘤癌症等多种生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。本文在前期研究的基础上阐述了机械敏感性离子通道蛋白Piezo2的结构、功能及其参与的多种疾病发生发展过程。
In 2010, scientists firstly sieved and identified Piezo1 and Piezo2 proteins in a mouse neuroblastoma cell line. Piezo2 is a protein that is directly activated by mechanical stimulation and can convert mechanical stimulation into electrical signals to form the mechanically sensitive current. Piezo2 has received extensive attention since its discovery, and it plays an important role in various physiological and pathological processes such as touch, proprioception, pain, tumor and cancer. This review describes the structure, function and involvement of various diseases in the development of the mechanosensitive ion channel protein Piezo2 on the basis of previous researches.
