相变-集热技术对日光温室番茄产量和品质的影响

Effects of Phase Change and Heat Collection Technology on Tomato Yield and Quality in Solar Greenhouse

摘要 以越冬茬番茄为研究对象,以相变-集热温室和普通温室为处理,研究温度环境对温室番茄产量和品质的影响,以期为番茄越冬种植提供较为适宜的温度环境。结果表明:冬季(12月、1月和2月)相变-集热温室最低气温始终高于对照温室,增温范围在0.3~1.5℃,相变-集热温室种植模式下番茄总产量相比对照提高17.3%,显著降低了有机酸3.3%~35.2%;可溶性固形物含量上升0.2%~18.3%,维生素C含量提升11.4%~54.2%,可溶性糖含量提高1.6%~63.9%,糖组分含量明显上升,相变-集热温室有利于营养物质与品质的提升。综上所述,相变-集热温室的使用,能明显提高番茄产量、风味与口感,提高番茄食用的安全性与品质,为设施作物越冬生产提供参考依据。 Overwintering stubble tomatoes were used as the research object and phase change-heat collection greenhouse and conventional greenhouse were used as treatment.The effect of phase change heat collecting greenhouse on the yield and quality were researched,in order to select suitable temperature environment planting for tomato overwintering.The results showed that the lowest temperature(December,January and February)of phase change greenhouse was always higher than that of control greenhouse,and the range of change was between 0.3℃and 1.5℃.Tomato yield increased 17.3%,organic acid decreased 3.3%-35.2%in phase-change greenhouse compared with control.Soluble solid content increased 0.2%-18.3%,vitamin C content increased 11.4%-54.2%,soluble sugar content increased 11.4%-54.2%,the amount of sugar increased 1.6%-63.9%,and the content of sugar components increased significantly,phase-change greenhouse was benetiful to improve nutrients and quality.Combining the above results,the use of phase change-heat collection greenhouse can obviously improve tomato yield,flavor and taste,improve the safety and quality of tomato,which has providing reference for winter production of protected crops.
