梁类件修冲模强度问题解决方法

摘要 在冷冲压模具中,由于梁类件的特殊性,常规的侧冲模具设计加工标准会导致其逃料空间及结构强度存在诸多限制。梁类件模具下模镶块形状窄长,若保证逃料顺畅,镶块刃口厚度则难以保证,镶块强度变弱;若保证镶块刃口的强度,则镶块的逃料空间狭小。从座椅横梁的镶块强度问题入手,将侧冲孔前移至落料模,简化侧冲工序冲孔排布,解决侧冲模具镶块逃料空间与结构强度之间的冲突。 In cold stamping dies,due to the particularity of beam parts,conventional side punching die design and processing standards will lead to many restrictions on the escapd space and structural strength.The shape of the lower mold insert of beam mold is narrow and long.If the material escape is ensured,the thickness of the insert edge is difficult to guarantee,and the strength of the insert becomes weak.If the strength of the insert edge is guaranteed,the space for the material escape of the insert is narrow.This article starts with the problem of the insert strength of the seat beam,moves the side punching to the blanking die,simplifies the punching arrangement of the side punching process,and solves the conflict between the escape space of the side punch die inserts and the structural strength.
