汽车水箱立柱支撑板级进模改造降本可行性研究

摘要 选用某车型水箱立柱支撑板,基于AutoForm全料带成形模拟来保证级进模工艺的可行性,确保了由手工线改级进模生产的技术可行性。并从材料消耗、压机冲次、人工成本等方面,进行了改进前后的成本差异对比,依据成本数据,论证了改造方案的可行性,极大的减少了人工成本,提升了生产效率。 In this paper,the water tank column support plate of a certain model is selected,based on AutoForm software full strip simulation to ensure the feasibility of progressive die process,to ensure the technical feasibility of changing from manual line to progressive line production.From the aspects of material cost,press cost,labor cost,ete.,the cost difference before and after the improvement is compared.According to the cost data,the feasibility of the transformation scheme is demonstrated,which greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the production efficiency.
