电机壳冲压件全自动装盘设备研发

摘要 针对企业在电机壳冲压件装盘存在人工强度大,装盘效率低等问题,自主研发一种自动装盘设备。设备主要由提升筛选机构、装盘搬运机构、物料输送机构等组成,其中装盘搬运机构由定量装盘机构和升降搬运机构组成,实现了电机壳冲压件的规定数量装盘以及从料盘搬运至料盒的全过程动作,减少了人力,降低了制件生产成本,提高了装盘效率。 In order to solve the problems of high manual strength and low eficiency in assembling the stamping parts of motor shell,an automatic assembling equipment was developed.The equipment was mainly composed of lifting and screening mechanism,loading and handling mechanism,material conveying mechanism,etc.The loading and transporting mechanism was composed of a quantitative loading mechanism and a lifting and transporting mechanism.The whole process of loading the plate with the speeified number of stamping parts of the motor shell and the whole process from the material tray to the material box was realized.The manpower and the production cost were reduced.The loading efficiency was improved.
