摘要
分析了空调器面板结构,利用三维软件设计了面板注射模结构。考虑模内抽芯滑块寿命、固定螺钉柱收缩、材料透光显示结构等设计的复杂性,前期进行手板制造验证安装的可行性。重点阐述了空调面板注射模设计流程,以及模具具体结构设计。经小批量产验证,该注射模设计方案可行,加工工艺稳定可靠,空调面板质量好,并对同类家用电器的塑件注射模设计过程及加工工艺流程具有一定的借鉴作用。
According to the comprehensive analysis of the panel structure of the air conditioner,three-dimensional sofware is used to design the structure;of the panel injection mold.Considering the complexity of the design of the core-pulling slider in the mpld,the shrinkage of the fixed screw colunn,and the light-transmitting display structure of the material,the prototype:is produced in the early stage to verify the feasibility of installation.It focuses on the design process of injection mold for air-conditioning panels,and introduces the product plastic mold structural design.Verified by small batch production,the injection mold design scheme is feasible,the processing technology is stable and reliable,and the quality of the inner panel of the air conditioner is good.It has a certain reference for the design process and processing process of the plastie injection mold of similar household appliances.
