摘要 滥用植物生长调节剂(PGR)所导致的残留问题严重影响了人类的身体健康。常见的PGR毒性反应包括以下几方面:生殖毒性方面.可影响个体性激素水平、促进生精细胞的凋亡及抑制精子的活性;肝毒性方面.可干扰肝中ALT、AST和LDH等血清酶的活性,损伤肝细胞以及改变肝组织的正常形态;此外.PGR还具有免疫毒性、神经毒性、致畸、致癌、致突变、血液损伤、肾毒性、发育毒性和骨骼损伤等毒性作用。就国内外PGR毒性作用机理的研究情况进行了归纳总结,为深入研究PGR对机体的毒性机制提供依据,为合理有效防控PGR毒性损伤提供参考。 The residual problems caused by the plant growth regulators(PGR)abuse have seriously affected human health.Common PGR toxic reactions include the following:reproductive toxicity,which can affect in dividual sex hormone levels,promote apoptosis of germ cells and inhibit sperm activity.Hepatotoxicity,which interferes with the activity of serum enzymes such as ALT,AST and LDH in the liver,damages hepatocytes and alters the normal morphology of liver tissue;in addition,PGR has toxic effects such as immunotoxicity,neurotoxicity,teratogenicity,carcinogenicity,mutagenicity,blood damage,nephrotoxicity,developmental toxicity,and skeletal damage.This paper summarizes the domestic and international PGR research,provides a basis for in-depth study of the mechanism of toxicity of PGR on body functions,and provides a reference for reasonable and effective prevention and control of PGR toxic injury.
