清肺排毒汤联合耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷治疗轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎

Lung-Clearing Detoxification Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Sticking and Acupoint Application for Mild COVID-19

目的:清肺排毒汤联合耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷治疗轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的临床疗效。方法:选择武汉江夏方舱医院所在病区收治的轻症新冠肺炎患者105例,经影像学、病原学及血清学检测确诊为轻症新冠肺炎,按入院先后顺序随机分为试验组53例和对照组52例。对照组给予基础治疗,包括清肺排毒汤口服、中医药治疗和常规护理,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗。结果:试验组体温恢复正常时间、日排便次数、Bristol评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、平均住院时间均优于对照组,试验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为100%,两组患者有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺排毒汤联合耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷治疗轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎,具有缩短患者体温恢复正常时间、缓解腹泻症状、改善患者睡眠质量、缩短平均住院时间等优势。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung-Clearing Detoxification Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and acupoint application on mild new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods:A total of 105 patients with mild COVID-19 diagnosed by imaging,etiology and serology were selected in the ward of Jiangxia Mobile Cabin Hospital in Wuhan.They were randomly divided into the experimental group with 53 cases and the control group with 52 cases according to the order of admission.The control group was given basic treatment,including Lung-Clearing Detoxification Decoction for oral administration,TCM treatment and routine nursing.The experimental group was given auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Results:The recovery time of body temperature,daily defecation frequency,Bristol score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index and average hospital stay of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 100%in the experimental group and 100%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In terms of mild COVID-19,Lung-Clearing Detoxification Decoction combined with auricular point sticking and acupoint application has the advantages of shortening the recovery time of body temperature,relieving diarrhea symptoms,improving sleep quality and shortening the average length of hospital stay.
